McArthur, Olive Lavina (nee Campbell)
Originally of Queen's Drive in Weston and later of Courcelette Road in the East End of Toronto, Aiken S.C., and Richmond Hill. Olive died peacefully on November 24, 1995, a few days before her 87th birthday, at the Ina Grafton Gage Home, where she had struggled for six years with Alheimer's Disease. Married to Peter John McArthur for more than fifty years, she also leaves her daughter, Judith Gail Heddle and her husband John of Kleinburg, and grandchildren Catharine Heddle of Kleinburg and Bob Heddle of Seattle. She was a gentle and kind person who loved dancing, hockey, and parties. The funeral will be at Kew Beach United Church (Queen Street East at Wineva) 4 p.m. Monday, November 27, 1995. In lieu of flowers donations could be made to the Ina Grafton Gage Home or the Alzheimer's Society of Canada. Arrangements by Sherrin Funeral Home. |
